Occupational Therapist in Occupational Therapist Unit at St Joseph Hospital Eureka. This position is Part time and will work 8-hour Day Shifts.
The Staff Occupational Therapist (OTR) is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on-going treatments that are designed to improve the patient's functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Â Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Occupational Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

Required Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university., Or
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy; graduation from accredited college or university.
- Upon hire: California Occupational Therapist LicenseÂ
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart AssociationÂ
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist.
- Epic EMR experience.
