Sonic Summary

RDR is seeking Skilled Laborers to join their team, focusing on local talent and growth.
Laborers will report to their RDR supervisor and must be able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
The position requires the ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for long periods, and work up to 10-hour days.
Preferred candidates should have experience in yard restoration and concrete work, with a salary range of $40,000 to $55,000 per year.
RDR encourages mentorship among employees and requires maintaining all necessary Operator Qualifications.

RDR is seeking Skilled Laborers.

Job Summary:
Laborers will report directly to their RDR supervisor.

Able to work outside in varying weather conditions.
Able to lift - up to 75 lbs., stand for long periods of time, walk, squat, crouch.
Able to work up to and at times greater than 10 hour days.
Form, pour, and finish concrete driveways and/or sidewalks.
Surface patching of asphalt.
Yard restoration, seeding, and mulching.
Comfortable working 40-50 hours per week on average. *weather permitting*.
Maintain all required Operator Qualifications.
Basic operation of mini excavator, skid steer, dump truck, and hand tools.
Properly load and haul equipment and materials.
Mentor and teach fellow employees.

Preferred experience:
Experience on yard restoration.

Experience forming, pouring and finishing concrete.
