This role involves managing the accounting team, developing financial strategies, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. - Manage the accounting team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. - Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and provide insights for business growth. - Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy. - Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize the organization's financial position. - Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders, including the board of directors and executive team. - Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the organization's financial practices remain current and compliant. QualificationsRequired Education: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
