The Site Administrative Coordinator serves as the operational backbone of Americhem's Technology & Innovation organization, supporting the efficient development, commercialization, and management of innovative products across North America. Based in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, this role provides business operations, enterprise systems administration, project coordination, product information management, reporting, and administrative support while partnering with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Corporate functions. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with strategic initiatives to ensure accurate, efficient, and well-coordinated business processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate business operations for the Technology & Innovation organization, including purchasing, accounting support, invoice reconciliation, operational reporting, and general administrative activities. 
  • Administer and support enterprise business systems, including Oracle, Salesforce, IMDS, and other digital platforms, ensuring data accuracy and system effectiveness.
  • Prepare recurring reports, dashboards, metrics, and documentation to support departmental operations and leadership decision-making.
  • Maintain product, formula, and technical information while supporting document control, regulatory submissions, product compliance, and customer information requests.
  • Train and assist business system users by providing troubleshooting, testing, and support for new system functionality and process improvements.
  • Coordinate project documentation, annual government reporting requirements, and other corporate reporting activities. 
  • Organize meetings, customer visits, departmental events, conference room logistics, and other operational activities that support the Technology & Innovation team.
  • Support daily office operations, including mail distribution, shipping and receiving, purchasing coordination, and other site administrative responsibilities. 
  • Provide administrative and operational support across Technology & Innovation and other corporate functions as business needs require, partnering closely with the Executive Administrator. 
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, administrative workflows, and system utilization while developing and maintaining standardized work instructions and documentation. 
  • Support the implementation of new technologies, continuous improvement initiatives, and special projects that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and assignments as needed to support the goals and objectives of the Technology & Innovation organization.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. 
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience supporting technical, manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory environments will also be considered. 
  • Three to five years of experience providing operational, administrative, or business systems support within a technical, manufacturing, engineering, or laboratory organization preferred.
