Coreline Roller in Cuyahoga Falls, OH is looking for a motivated Production Crew member to join their manufacturing team! Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production line equipment to meet daily output goals
Perform assembly, fabrication, or finishing tasks as assigned on the production floor
Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with safety protocols
Load and unload materials, components, and finished products as needed
Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors promptly
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production schedules

Requirements:

Prior manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and a dependable team player
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment
Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
High school diploma or GED preferred
