About the department 

We have multiple positions open for candidates with welding experience. This role is not limited to only conventional welding, the tasks including hard face welding done with torch and rod and also spray welding. Lathe machine running and balance machine work and various tasks associated with the fabrication and/or repair of different projects.

Assembly Welder

Fuller Technologies is seeking experienced Assembly Welders for 2nd shift to further their skills and development. This role focuses on welding work to repair and maintain equipment, structures, and fixtures by applying heat to bond/fuse metal surfaces or parts together.

Your responsibilities

  • Must have conventional welding skills stick, mig, tig

  • Knowledge of blueprint reading is recommended

  • Take precise measurements for fabricating

  • Plan proper sequence of tasks to complete assignments

  • Review drawings, instructions, blueprints to ensure accurate production Maintain a safe and clean workstation

  • Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

What you bring

  • Welding knowledge and skill

  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks

Education And Experience Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent

  • Experience working with machine tools or welding assembly

  • Working knowledge of safety protocols

  • Apprenticeship or vocational training preferred
