Position Summary

As a Server, you'll provide attentive food and beverage service while creating exceptional dining experiences for members and guests. Working alongside our culinary team, bartenders, and fellow restaurant professionals, you'll deliver the high level of service our members expect.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service in our fine dining restaurant
• Welcome members and guests with professional, friendly hospitality
• Learn member names and dining preferences to provide personalized service
• Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Inspect table settings, glassware, silverware, and linens before service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Uphold The Club's dining and hospitality standards
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver an outstanding guest experience
• Assist with private events and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required

• Previous experience as a server, restaurant server, waiter, waitress, or in upscale hospitality
• Experience in fine dining, private clubs, hotels, banquets, or full-service restaurants preferred
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Strong teamwork skills
• Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred

• Wine knowledge and beverage service experience
• Experience using restaurant POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for hospitality and guest service 

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Push carts weighing up to 200 pounds
• Bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the restaurant
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and cleaning products
• Work in both indoor and outdoor dining environments as needed
