Restaurant Host/Hostess

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented AM Host/Hostess to be the welcoming face of our dining team. In this role, you'll greet members and guests with warmth, manage seating arrangements, assist with reservations and take-out orders, and help create a memorable dining experience from the moment guests arrive. The position focuses on delivering exceptional hospitality while supporting the restaurant team in a fine dining environment.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism.
• Manage seating arrangements and maintain an organized waitlist.
• Answer phones using proper etiquette and assist with reservations.
• Maintain clean, current menus and update daily specials.
• Learn members' names and preferences to personalize service.
• Communicate dietary restrictions, allergies, and special occasions to the restaurant team.
• Process take-out orders accurately through the POS system.
• Monitor the cleanliness of the entrance, lounge, and restrooms.
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand.
• Support restaurant captains, bartenders, managers, and supervisors to ensure outstanding service. 

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant preferred.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed. 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Lift and carry up to 25 pounds without assistance (up to 50 pounds may occasionally be required).
• Bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant as needed.
