Sonic Summary

We are seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to provide care for adult and geriatric patients.
Candidates must have a valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and credentials, along with SNF and/or acute care experience.
The position involves preparing documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries while establishing a plan of care tailored to patients' needs.
Travel to nearby centers may be required as part of the role.
The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.

We are hiring a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to deliver care to our patients and work with a diverse team of clinical professionals.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech therapy to adult and geriatric patients
Prepare documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries
Establish a plan of care in accordance with patients' needs and capabilities
Travel to nearby centers as needed

Qualifications:

Valid State Speech Language Pathologist License and Credentials
SNF and/or Acute care experience
