Lawn Care Technician
Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Care Technician and help clients achieve beautiful, healthy lawns. We are committed to providing top-quality lawn care services, including chemical applications such as herbicides, fertilizers, and weed control treatments. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work outdoors, develop your skills, and contribute to the satisfaction of our residential and commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply herbicides, fertilizers, weed control treatments, and other chemicals safely and effectively to residential and commercial lawns
- Assess lawn conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment and machinery
- Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and provide professional advice
- Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations during chemical applications
- Maintain accurate records of treatments and services provided
- Assist with general lawn maintenance tasks as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of chemical application procedures and safety standards
- Ability to operate lawn care equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- 5 years of driving history
- self - starter with the a coachable personalityÂ
- Heavy equipment operation preferred

Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must live within 20–25 miles of the Cypress office.
- Must pass a drug test, background physical.
- Strong people skills and commission-based mindset.
- Must maintain a professional appearance
