Job Description:

The Service Coordinator serves as the key liaison between dealers, warehouses, and installation crews, ensuring clear communication and seamless coordination throughout the installation process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily installation schedules and activities.

• Create and manage electronic job folders from start to finish.

• Prepare warehouse paperwork, including pull lists and receivers.

• Cross-check service requests against job package information.

• Send pre-installation messages to confirm locations, start times, and labor costs.

• Review labor purchase orders and labor quotes for accuracy.

• Collaborate with the team to identify missing items before installation and resolve issues.

• Send daily post-installation reports.

• Send punch list notifications to the QA team and product return forms to the dealer for disposition.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented and results-driven, with strong knowledge of contract furniture processes.

Skilled at managing end-to-end installation lifecycles while coordinating effectively with dealers, warehouses, and installation crews.

Experienced in managing project documentation, minimizing delays, and supporting high levels of customer satisfaction.

Compensation and Benefits:

Non-exempt - Hourly position
