At Elevation Autism, our part-time and/or PRN SLP roles are designed with flexibility, collaboration, and clinical excellence in mind.

You will provide early intervention speech and feeding therapy to children ages 1–6 in a center-based, multidisciplinary environment. Our integrated ABA + Speech model allows SLPs and BCBAs to work together to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care that drives meaningful outcomes for young learners.

Who We Are

Elevation Autism is a locally owned, multidisciplinary provider of early intervention ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy services.

We serve children ages 1–6 through a collaborative, center-based model that integrates ABA, Speech, and Feeding therapy in a fun and engaging learning environment. Our mission is to empower children and families through compassionate, evidence-based care.

Schedule & Flexibility

• Therapy Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday–Friday
• No travel, evenings, or weekends
• Flexible scheduling options starting at 10 hours per week
• Ideal for clinicians seeking supplemental hours or greater work-life balance
• Opportunity to transition into a full-time position as caseload grows (if desired)

Clinical Growth & Collaboration

• Integrated ABA + Speech treatment model
• Ongoing collaboration with Clinical Directors and Behavior Analysts
• Professional development opportunities in feeding therapy, AAC device implementation, Gestalt Language Processing, and more
• Operational support teams managing staff and family scheduling

Compensation

• $45–$55 per hour, based on experience
