We are seeking a Centralized Scheduler who wants to:

What You’ll Do
Answer incoming calls and schedule across multiple service lines in our Practice Management/EHR systems (EPIC)
Verify demographics, update records, and document interactions accurately                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Provide clear instructions on forms, fees, and what to bring to visits
Transfer/route clinical and billing calls per protocol and submit follow-up messages
Proactively reschedule and resolve basic issues to keep patient flow on track
Uphold HIPAA and service standards in every interaction

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Comfort using EHR/EPIC and multi-line phones; fast, accurate data entry
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a dynamic, high-volume call environment
