What You’ll Do

▶ Provide psychiatric care for adults and children
▶ Lead, mentor, and support behavioral health providers
▶ Partner with the CMO and clinical leaders
▶ Strengthen integrated care, quality, and access
▶ Guide best practices and process improvement
▶ Support provider onboarding, retention, and growth
▶ Represent Premier’s mission in the community

Qualifications

▶ MD or DO from an accredited medical school
▶ Licensed to practice medicine in Florida
▶ Board eligible or board certified
▶ Completed psychiatry residency
▶ 10 years of successful clinical practice experience
▶ Behavioral health leadership experience

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 20 lbs. regularly and 30–50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Travel to PCHG sites and occasional conferences
• Direct exposure to computer screens
• May be exposed to contagious or infectious diseases

 


Background Screening Requirement:

This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
