Job DetailsJob Location: King George, VA 22485Overview SCCI is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in support of a Weapon System Program. In this role, you will interface with functional areas across the program to support requirements analysis, change management, and stakeholder facilitation to ensure successful delivery of capabilities to end-users. This is an onsite position, available for immediate hire and is located in Dahlgren, VA.  SCCI offers a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including Health, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability benefits, 401k with Company Match, time off consisting of 2 weeks of paid vacation, 48 hours of sick/personal leave, and 11 paid Holidays.   Responsibilities:  Requirements Analysis & Management: Perform business and system analysis to define, analyze, and validate improvements to processes and operations Work with stakeholders across technical teams to elicit, document, and prioritize user requirements Translate business requirements into functional specifications and design options to analyze and validate user needs Act as liaison between end-users/stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle Testing & Quality Assurance: Facilitate and support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet stakeholder requirements Develop test scenarios and validation criteria based on documented requirements Training & Documentation: Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, and quick reference documentation for assigned projects and process improvements Assist in communicating system enhancements and updates to the user community Provide ongoing training and support to end-users as needed Process Documentation & Policy Support: Develop and maintain process documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality assurance checklists, policies, and procedural guidance Facilitate review and approval of documentation with applicable stakeholders Support program process improvement and policy development efforts Essential Skills and Experience: Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an active Secret Security Clearance A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline; OR a military training background; OR five (5) years of direct hands-on experience with a weapon system application Five (5) years of general experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs One (1) year of which must demonstrate proficiency in the utilization of all of the following software programs: Microsoft SharePoint, Atlassian Jira, and Atlassian Confluence Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) Demonstrated experience in the application of systems engineering and configuration management Ability to create requirements specifications in both technical and user-friendly language/formats Experience with facilitation and interacting with project stakeholders across all levels of the organization to recommend solutions that meet customer needs Experience facilitating and participating in user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation support Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills Self-starter with exceptional ownership mentality and ability to work in fast-paced, rapid development environments Proactive problem-solving skills with ability to identify needs and recommend solutions  Preferred Skills and Experience:  One (1) to three (3) years’ experience demonstrated in business process/systems analysis or related position performing requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation, as well as documenting proof-of-concept designs to validate requirements    SCCI is committed to providing a comprehensive and competitive benefits package to meet the needs of Employees and their families.
