Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Integrated Combat Systems, Battlespace Integration, warfare systems, or other complex Navy acquisition and engineering programs throughout the system lifecycle.
  • Experience supporting systems engineering, digital engineering, Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Agile development environments, or integration activities associated with complex defense systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate program management, financial management, scheduling, risk management, and technical execution data to support program decision making and accelerated capability delivery.
  • Experience supporting Acquisition Category I (ACAT I), Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAPs), NAVSEA, NAVAIR, or other Department of Defense acquisition organizations with responsibility for program execution, schedule management, and operational readiness.
  • Experience supporting development and maintenance of integrated master schedules (IMS), Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M), program reviews, risk assessments, or executive-level program status reporting.
  • Bachelor鈥檚 degree
  • Seven (7) years of experience in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in the following areas: procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
  • Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, cost estimating principles, or integration of program execution metrics into acquisition decision support environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience utilizing Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (NERP), Microsoft Project Server, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, or similar program management and data visualization tools is highly desirable.
  • Active SECRET clearance required; active TOP SECRET clearance or eligibility for SCI access is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting rapid capability delivery, operational modernization initiatives, or integration of emerging technologies into fielded or developmental combat systems environments is highly desirable.
