Position Overview:


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Manager with a strong background managing U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) network programs and projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-million-dollar network modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT infrastructure programs supporting DoD customers.

The ideal candidate has deep experience with DoD acquisition processes, network architecture initiatives, cybersecurity compliance, and managing cross-functional technical teams in highly regulated environments. Active Secret clearance or higher is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large-scale DoD network programs from initiation through closeout
  • Oversee enterprise network modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure upgrade initiatives
  • Serve as the primary interface with government customers, Contracting Officers (KO), and Contracting Officer Representatives (COR)
  • Ensure compliance with DoD policies, including Department of Defense regulations and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance in alignment with contract requirements
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and program budgets
  • Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure deliverables meet contractual obligations
  • Conduct risk management planning and mitigation strategies
  • Provide executive-level reporting, including Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics (if applicable)
  • Ensure program compliance with frameworks such as National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), RMF, and cybersecurity directives
  • Support proposal development, capture strategy, and recompete efforts
