Management Level:

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scaling carcasses on an electronic keyboard, assign carcass ID numbers to carcasses, identify carcasses and cross reference the cattle to lots. This position is also responsible for operating the grading camera

REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: One plus year experience preferred. Good mathematical skills, 10-key experience, self-motivated, and a good attendance record.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills preferred.

Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate with all levels of team members.

Priority consideration will be given to applicants at this facility, as well as priority for internal candidates impacted due to plant closure or job elimination.

Internal disqualifiers are the following:

• 6 attendance points
• Any suspension on record for the last 12 months
