Manufacturing Process Engineer

Munters, a global leader in sustainable climate solutions, is looking for a Manufacturing Process Engineer to support product and process development while driving continuous improvement across operations. What You’ll Do:

Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes and equipment
Interpret drawings, specs, and technical requirements to deliver solutions
Support production, operations, and cross-functional teams
Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend process improvements
Test, validate, and document engineering solutions
Drive continuous improvement in quality, cost, and efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
2–4 years of relevant engineering experience
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
Strong collaboration and communication skills
