We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and proactive Processing Center Processor to play a key role in the administrative and shipping operations of our documents shipping center. As a vital member of the team, the ideal candidate will bring one year of office support experience in a customer service role, coupled with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
The primary responsibilities include handling call queues, managing total loss packets, performing calls to lien holders and lending institutions, and conducting initial and follow-up calls to vehicle owners/insureds. The successful candidate should possess a high school diploma and the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.
In addition to exceptional customer service skills, the Processing Center Processor should demonstrate effective prioritization and deadline management, multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail. Analytical skills for addressing hardware and software problems, familiarity with a Windows environment, and proficiency in maintaining and repairing mailing equipment are essential.
The role involves collaborating closely with banks and lienholder entities, identifying/analyzing vehicle title documents within company and Provincial guidelines, and managing the shipping center's shared inbox. The candidate should exhibit flexibility for occasional overtime as needed and the physical capability to lift/move items up to 55lbs with or without accommodation.

  • Essential Duties
  • Opening/scanning mail received.聽
  • Call queue (ability聽to answer basic TE questions, give claim updates and direct caller to correct party/team if applicable.聽
  • Total Loss Packets (create and send all documents required per state guidelines).聽
  • Initial Lien Holder calls (Calls are to secure payoff information, Letters of Guarantee and Copy of Title).聽
  • Initial calls to owners/insureds (these are customer specific tasks and it used to inform owner of packet that will be sent to them).聽
  • Follow-up calls to owners/insureds to follow-up on needed documents or corrected documents needed.聽
  • Follow-up calls to Lien Holders (for documents listed above in the initial call).聽
  • Will send out revised packets to the owners/insureds as needed.聽
  • Will be held to the internal cycle times and other auditable criteria.聽
  • Mail Approvals -Reviewing聽all mail to ensure that documents are compliant per State guidelines.聽
  • Launch the "Okay to Pay" the owner/insured to the Insurance company after final review of file for compliance.聽
  • Will monitor and work a shared inbox to ensure the tasks and directives are addressed and completed per company policy, timelines, and contractual obligation.聽
  • Other tasks as assigned by management.聽
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1 plus years of office customer service experience聽
  • Education: HS degree聽
  • Proficient in basic office equipment and with Microsoft products聽
  • Ability to identify/analyze vehicle title documents within company and State guidelines聽
  • Ability to work closely with State DMV's and Lien Holder entities聽
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem solver聽
  • Ability to multi-task聽
  • Typing at least 45 Words Per Minute
  • Basic 10 key proficiency聽
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment聽
  • Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal聽
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude聽

  • Ability to delegate/prioritize workflow聽
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment聽
