Your Job:

In this highly visible, fast-paced, and challenging position, the Wellness Coach/Coordinator supports the health and wellbeing of Methodist Health System employees by coordinating, delivering, and promoting comprehensive wellness initiatives across all hospitals and off-site facilities. This role provides individualized wellness coaching, education on available resources, and ongoing support to employees across varied shifts, with a focus on lifestyle management, behavior change, risk reduction, and chronic disease prevention.


Your Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in health promotion, exercise science, nursing, or other health-related field required.
• Industry certification in health coaching, health education, health promotion, or lifestyle management.
