Certifit, Inc., a nationwide supplier of new automotive products, is currently recruiting candidates to join our business management training. Certifit managers earn excellent staring salaries of $100,000 annually, plus are given the opportunity to achieve substantial monthly sales bonus. Certifit's accommodating work schedule allows for managers to enjoy weekends and evenings off. Benefits include health insurance, vacation pay, and sick pay.

A bachelor's degree is required, (all majors will be considered), and you must have a willingness to locate to wherever the management position is.

Objective:

To train to become a future store manager while learning our companies processes and functioning as a management trainee in one of our stores. You will learn all aspects of what it takes to successfully manage a company store location.

Learn how to foster customer relationships that promote greater sales

Plan and organize a large supply warehouse

Prepare accurate and timely daily paperwork

Hire, train, and motivate store employees

Qualifications:

Have a positive attitude, be customer-focused and be willing to work

Bachelors degree required

Prior management experience helpful with retail management preferred

Ability to relocate. Training will take place in a Certifit store and usually lasts between 6 months to 1 year. When you leave training to become a store manager, relocation will be required and your store location will be based on company needs. Relocation assistance will be provided.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees and company leaders.

A focus on growth and ability to identify areas for improvement.
