Job Summary:   

Supervise the daily underground workload. Ensure that the drops are completed by customer specifications. 

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 

  • Locates are done 
  • Work is printed and distributed daily 
  • Jobs are coded out each day 
  • QC contractors work {min 10%} 
  • Admin control of the Fleet Vehicle 
  • Admin control of phones 

 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Qualifications

Position Requirements: 

  • Construction background 
  • Ability to read maps and design maps 
  • Knowledge of cable installation 
  • Must have a basic command of the English language to understand the safety requirements of the position
