We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven College Recruiter to lead and execute early career talent strategies. This role is critical to scaling our workforce efficiently and effectively, ensuring top-tier candidate experiences, and delivering on fast-paced hiring goals. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, manages multiple requisitions, and builds strong partnerships with hiring managers and internal stake holders, as well as external university,  technical colleges, trade schools, student career centers/organizations.

This individual will coordinate and administer the corporate staffing function within the Human Development Department.  Interviews prospective Team Members for exempt and non-exempt jobs up to the managerial level, refers applicants to specific job openings, administers pre-employment tests, checks references, coordinates temporary staffing function, conducts exit interviews and coordinates other related activities and compliance monitoring.

Position Details: 

  • Hourly position based upon experience & skill level
  • Contract with possible contract extension or hire
  • Standard work hours:  Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: 2701 Dallas Pkwy Suite # 510, Plano, TX 75093

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for early career roles across multiple  locations.
  • Plan and attend campus events, career fairs, and information sessions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and align recruitment of early career talent in efforts to meet aggressive staffing goals.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, job fairs, community outreach, and recruitment campaigns.
  • Screen, assess, and present qualified candidates quickly to support business needs.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on hiring metrics, funnel progress, time-to-fill, and quality-of-hire.
  • Coordinate and participate in university, technical/trade school hiring events, open houses, and job fairs as needed.
  • Champion a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle early talent college recruiting
  • Recruiting for Data Center cabling/network construction highly desired
  • Prefer knowledge of terminology such as Division 27, ITC, ISP, fiber, structured cabling, data center mission critical environments
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
