Hourly Rate: $31.00

Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-10:30pm

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Join our team as a Multi-Craft Mechanic and play a vital role in ensuring our production equipment, systems, and facilities operate seamlessly. From troubleshooting and repairing mechanical and electrical systems to supporting new equipment installations and facility upgrades, you’ll be at the heart of our operations. If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves and make an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including motors, pumps, conveyors, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including single and three-phase systems, and PLC systems.

  • Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on systems like compressed air, boilers, fire suppression, and distillation equipment.

  • Leverage our work order system to track maintenance, manage workflow, and ensure productivity.

  • Partner with the maintenance team to complete repairs and projects on time and within budget.

  • Keep our spare parts supply area clean and organized.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Associate’s Degree, vocational training, or equivalent work experience.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience with single and three-phase electrical systems.

  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and diagrams.

  • Strong technical aptitude, attention to detail, and time management skills.

  • Ability to work on-call weekend shifts as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Consumer packaging experience.

  • Arc flash training.

  • Welding experience.
