About the job
We are looking for a Manager of Talent Development COE to shape Texas Instruments enterprise-wide development solutions, advance leadership expectations, and build scalable, impactful development structures across the organization. In this role, you will lead a team to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of transformative development programs that enable employees across levels, from new college graduate to executives, in a competitive, global and result-oriented organization. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide scalable development solutions for employees at all levels across the organization, focusing on new college graduate, bench and leadership development.
  • Own and evolve the corporate-level development framework, ensuring alignment with business strategy and talent needs.
  • Build leadership expectations and development infrastructure which build great leaders and enable strong leadership pipeline
  • Overseas annual planning, program operation, communications and vendor/budget management
  • Systematically define, collect and analyze program outcomes, impact and effectiveness – leveraging quantitative and qualitative data to drive continuous improvement and business alignment
  • Foster a culture of data literacy within the team, equipment members to use data to inform program design, delivery and stakeholder conversations
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in organizational design, change management, adult learning, instructional design, coaching, and assessment.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices and technology into talent and leadership development 
  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team; encourage innovation, agility and collaboration with global partners and stakeholders
