DRIVER

About the Role:

The Driver position is critical to ensuring the safe and timely transportation of residents across various locations within the city. The driver will be responsible for managing routes, maintaining vehicle condition, and ensuring compliance with safety standards to support overall transportation management objectives. Success in this role directly impacts supply chain reliability and customer satisfaction by facilitating seamless warehousing and distribution operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong navigational skills, and a commitment to safety in all aspects of their driving duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License (CDL) Class C
• Strong understanding of transportation management and warehousing processes.
• Capability to read and interpret maps and navigation tools effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in vehicle maintenance and minor repair skills.
• Previous experience working in senior living communities

Responsibilities:

• Comply with all driving regulations and company policies to maintain safety and legal standards during transportation.
• Plan and follow efficient routes by reading maps and using GPS technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumption.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure the truck is in good working condition before and after trips.
