We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Processing Specialist to join us on a **full-time**, fully remote basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of large volumes of data, ensuring the integrity and quality of our information systems. This role is fundamental to our operations, providing the reliable data that underpins our innovative work. You will be a key player in maintaining the smooth and effective flow of information across the organisation.



**Responsibilities**



* Accurately input, update, and maintain information across various company databases and systems.

* Perform regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

* Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies and errors in a timely and efficient manner.

* Process and manage large datasets in accordance with established company guidelines and procedures.

* Adhere strictly to data privacy and security policies, ensuring the confidentiality of all sensitive information.

* Generate routine and ad-hoc reports from data as required by various business units.

* Collaborate with team members to help streamline and improve data processing workflows.

* Support the implementation of new data management processes and tools.



**Qualifications**



* Proven experience as a Data Processing Specialist, Data Entry Clerk, or in a similar administrative role.

* Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy are essential.

* High proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and a strong aptitude for learning new software.

* Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

* A proactive and self-motivated individual, capable of working independently in a remote setting.

* A solid understanding of data confidentiality principles and best practices.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience with database software (e.g., SQL) would be advantageous but is not essential.
