Manages the activities and daily operations of the Property Section and the acquisition/disposal, appraisal of properties including right-of-ways, and property management (disposition). Establishes goals and objectives; develops standards, guidelines, procedures, rules and regulations and ensures compliance. Establishes priorities, coordinates and evaluates program activities; develops work/program budgets for functional operation of the Property Division.

Management Scope: Manages generally twelve (12) exempt and non-exempt staff and IDIQ contractors.
