RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
路 Preventive and corrective maintenance of manufacturing equipment, building facilities, fixtures and services
路 Work with the equipment suppliers for maintenance and repair of equipment during warranty and post warranty
路 Work and coordinate with the building service contractors
路 Should be able to do minor repair of broken plumbing, light fixtures, spills, leak etc.
路 Be prime in implementing changes in the facility layout through relocating equipment, benches, workstations and services connected to them
路 Maintain the building cleanliness and respond to building maintenance requests
路 Maintain the outside facilities such as salt, ice removal from sidewalk etc.
路 Various similar duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
路 Background and experience in maintenance of manufacturing equipment or building services
路 Strong analytical skills to logically identify and analyze the problems and apply systematic troubleshooting approach
路 Strong mechanical aptitude
路 Flexible to work overtime, on various shifts, and be available to work occasionally on weekends in case of an emergency
路 Good communication skills and be able to deal with vendors for resolving equipment issues
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
路 May, on occasion, spend an extended amount of time standing or walking in a production environment
路 The incumbent must possess enough strength to safely maneuver around product up to 50lbs without injury to themselves or others
路 Capable of accepting and completing work assignments with minimal supervision in a highly motivated manner, fast paced and high-pressure situations
路 The working environment is generally clean; however, the incumbent may be exposed occasionally to dust
路 The incumbent is required to wear ESD and safety gears while working in safety sensitive areas
