Job SummaryÂ
This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day Accounts Payable (AP) operations, with a focus on invoice processing, vendor support, and issue resolution. The position will serve as an escalation point for complex AP inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Accounts Payable OperationsÂ
Review, process, and support verification of invoices to ensure accuracy and timely paymentÂ
Act as a second-level escalation point for complex AP issues, including vendor payment inquiries and discrepanciesÂ
Investigate and resolve issues across invoice processing, payments, and vendor setupÂ
Support payment batch review and approval as neededÂ
Vendor & Stakeholder SupportÂ
Handle escalated vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries related to procure-to-pay processesÂ
Partner with internal teams (e.g., Operations) to resolve payment or invoice issuesÂ
Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors regarding payment status and issue resolutionÂ
Ticket & Workflow ManagementÂ
Manage and respond to assigned AP tickets within defined service levelsÂ
Prioritize workload effectively to ensure timely resolution of escalationsÂ
Support continuous improvement of ticketing and workflow processesÂ
Systems & Process ImprovementÂ
Identify process gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency, particularly within global and LATAM operationsÂ
Support documentation and adherence to SOX-compliant processes and controlsÂ
Contribute to reducing manual work through process enhancements and system improvementsÂ
Assist with training documentation and cross-functional knowledge sharingÂ
Cross-Regional SupportÂ
Primarily support LATAM AP operations, including vendor and banking-related issuesÂ
Cross-train to provide coverage across North America and other regions as neededÂ
Project SupportÂ
Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projectsÂ
Provide support for system or process rollouts and enhancementsÂ
QualificationsÂ
5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, finance, or a related fieldÂ
Bachelor’s degree preferredÂ
Preferred Skills & Experience:Â
Bilingual in Spanish and English (strongly preferred)Â
Experience supporting LATAM operations or banking environmentsÂ
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Coupa) is a plusÂ
Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsÂ
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environmentÂ
Strong communication skills for vendor and stakeholder interactionÂ

This is an individual contributor role (no direct reports)Â
Hybrid work model (2 days/week in office preferred)Â

The targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:
United States - Tampa Office TAO : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual
United States - Dallas Infomart Office DAI : 70,000 - 105,000 USD / Annual
Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location.The pay range shown is based on our compensation structure in place at the time of posting and may be updated periodically based on business needs. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.
The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
