We are:Â
Accenture Song accelerates growth and value for our clients through sustained customer relevance. Our capabilities span ideation to execution: growth, product and experience design; technology and experience platforms; creative, media and marketing strategy; and campaign, content and channel orchestration. With strong client relationships and deep industry expertise, we help our clients operate at the speed of life through the unlimited potential of imagination, technology and intelligence. We work AI-first — using AI actively in how we design, deliver, and lead, not just in what we build for clients.Â

Key Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Senior Consultant to help our clients reimagine their marketing technology stacks and strategies for an AI-first world. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology architecture, and applied AI — you'll guide enterprise clients through evaluating, designing, and implementing AI-native martech ecosystems that drive measurable business outcomes.Â
What You'll DoÂ
Lead client engagements to assess current martech stacks and identify opportunities for AI-driven transformation, from customer data platforms to campaign orchestration and personalization enginesÂ
Design AI-native marketing architectures that integrate generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation into client workflows (content generation, audience segmentation, lifecycle marketing, attribution modeling)Â
Advise clients on build-vs-buy decisions across the AI/martech vendor landscape, including evaluation of platforms like CDPs, marketing automation suites, and emerging AI agent toolsÂ
Translate ambiguous business goals into concrete technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and implementation plansÂ
Partner with client marketing, data, and IT teams to drive adoption, manage change, and measure ROI of AI initiativesÂ
Stay ahead of the AI and martech landscape, developing point-of-view content, frameworks, and methodologies that strengthen the firm's market positionÂ
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability-building around AI strategyÂ
Travel: As required for client support.Â
Location: Primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture officeÂ
What We're Looking ForÂ
4+ years of experience in marketing technology, digital strategy, or management consulting, with direct exposure to MarTech stack design and implementationÂ
Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML applications in marketing (generative AI, recommendation systems, predictive lead scoring, marketing mix modeling, or similar)Â
Working knowledge of major MarTech platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, HubSpot, Segment, Braze) and how AI capabilities are being embedded into themÂ
Strong analytical and business case development skills — comfortable quantifying ROI and building executive-level recommendationsÂ
Excellent client-facing communication skills, with experience presenting to senior marketing and technology executivesÂ
A genuine curiosity about emerging AI tools and a track record of translating new technology into practical client valueÂ
Nice to HaveÂ
Experience deploying or evaluating AI agents/agentic workflows in a marketing contextÂ
Background in data architecture, customer data platforms, or marketing analyticsÂ
Prior consulting experience at a strategy or technology consultancyÂ
Familiarity with privacy and governance considerations around AI and customer dataÂ
