The AI Enablement Sr. Manager will accelerate responsible, measurable AI adoption across Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience. This role will combine hands-on AI expertise with program leadership to help teams move from ad hoc experimentation to a governed, scalable AI-enabled operating model.
The AI Enablement Sr. Manager will also lead the departmental AI Center of Excellence, develop custom GPTs and AI agents, manage training and champions programs, support responsible AI practices, measure adoption and impact, and partner with IT, Innovation, Legal, Risk, Brand, Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and business stakeholders to advance Baker Tilly Marketing’s AI roadmap.
Key responsibilities
1. Develop, test and maintain custom GPTs, AI agents and reusable AI-enabled workflows across Marketing, Sales and Client Experience.
- Identify and prioritize repeatable workflows suited for AI support, including content, campaigns, sales enablement, research, reporting and work management.
- Lead design, testing and documentation of AI solutions, including use cases, source materials, risks, limitations and human review needs.
- Build or coordinate GPTs, agents, prompts, templates and workflow accelerators; manage optimization, usage monitoring and retirement.
2. Lead AI strategy, roadmap, governance and Center of Excellence for Marketing, Sales and Client Experience.
- Translate AI strategy into an actionable roadmap aligned to business priorities, enterprise direction and governance standards.
- Lead the AI Center of Excellence, including intake, prioritization, use case review, launch readiness and portfolio management.
- Establish responsible AI standards for approved use cases, risk tiering, content quality, brand alignment, data use and escalation.
3. Design and deliver AI training, enablement and Power User/Champions programs. Develop AI literacy, responsible-use and role-based training; facilitate workshops, office hours and demos; maintain enablement resources; and support champions who model adoption and surface new opportunities.
4. Partner across functions to align AI adoption with business priorities and firm standards. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, CX, Operations, IT, Innovation, HR/Learning, Legal, Risk, Brand, Information Security and platform owners to coordinate dependencies, support change management and resolve adoption barriers.
5. Measure and report AI adoption, usage, productivity and impact. Define KPIs, establish baselines and report progress, outcomes, risks and opportunities to department leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8 years of experience required in marketing operations, sales enablement, CX enablement, digital transformation, AI enablement, program management, marketing technology, or related roles.
- 2 years of experience preferred in the AI space
- Knowledge of generative AI tools, custom GPTs, AI agents, prompt design, responsible AI and AI-enabled workflows.
- Ability to translate AI strategy into roadmaps, governance standards, use cases, enablement and measurable outcomes.
- Strong program, change management and organizational skills; able to manage priorities, stakeholders, timelines and adoption barriers.
- Strong communication, facilitation and training skills; able to explain AI concepts and build user confidence.
- Data-informed mindset; able to define KPIs, measure adoption and impact, assess risks and improve AI solutions.
The pay rate range for this job position are listed below. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of relevant factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills, prior experience, qualifications, degrees, professional certifications, work arrangements and geographic location. Baker Tilly offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to eligible employees.
