Dalfen Industrial is looking for an Analyst to join our investments team. The Analyst will be integral in supporting the firm’s revenue growth goals, responsible for a) underwriting real estate investments across the U.S, and b) assisting in capital formation activities. The Analyst will report to the SVP of Strategic Opportunities based in Oakland, CA.


Position Responsibilities

  • Support lead generation for both acquisitions and partnerships
  • Create and edit Argus files, and company DCF model
  • Serve as point person to coordinate with other analysts in both national and regional acquisition pursuits
  • Coordinate the due diligence process for assets under contract across various stakeholders e.g. as brokers, partners, engineers, and contractors to support the due diligence process
  • Compile and present property/portfolio and market specific reports to management
  • Gathering and assessing critical information related to the sourcing and evaluation of potential acquisitions 
  • Create sale and lease comparable tables 
  • Ad hoc projects

Skills & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree from a top tier accredited institution
  • 1-3 years of work experience 
  • Strong desire to work in real estate finance
  • Highly motivated with strong work ethic
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a demanding work environment
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Real estate specific coursework or work experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Argus, Costar and Real Capital Analytics preferred
