As a Gensler Architect, you will collaborate with our design team to develop innovative design solutions and coordinate the design through the construction documentation phase of a project. You will leverage your technical acumen and Revit skills to drive client projects from concept. Your role is critical in the design and delivery of world-class projects. What You Will DoÂ
Lead architectural deliverables on projects, working with Design Director(s), Technical Director(s), and project team(s) for all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and productionÂ
Provide creative direction to design teamsÂ
Collaborate with design team, clients, consultants, contractors, fabricators, regulatory agencies, and other vendors to meet overall project objectives  Â
Resolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutionsÂ
Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawingsÂ
Assist in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordinationÂ
Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programsÂ
Advance the understanding that design resilience is the responsibility of every person at GenslerÂ
Cultivate design expertise with the desire to always learn, grow, and evolveÂ

Your QualificationsÂ
Licensed / Registered Architect
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
10+ years of relevant architecture and design experience, with a strong background designing multiple building typologies of varying scale
Revit experience required
Full knowledge of architectural principles/practices
Working knowledge of building codes, standards, and building structures
Experience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancy
Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent written + verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization, and client relationship management skills
Well-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future
