Bilingual Receptionist

Overview

Poly-America, L.P. is currently seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Poly-America. Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.

Responsibilities

Receptionists at Poly-America are responsible for professionally greeting visitors upon arrival and answering phone calls. They are also responsible for the day-to-day handling of confidential files, heavy data entry and filing. Assiting in the recruiting process. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bilingual with above average communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
• Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties.  
• Some experience as a Receptionist is preferred.
