Drivers spend more time on the road and less time waiting at shipping facilities, allowing for a steady workflow across each trip.
Equipment: Drivers operate late-model International tractors equipped with APUs, inverters, refrigerators, and double bunks. Every driver is assigned a dedicated driver manager, and 24/7 operational support is available throughout each trip.
Orientation: Orientation prepares drivers for the lane, equipment, company procedures, and dispatch expectations before transitioning into regular freight assignments. Ongoing operational support remains available after onboarding to help drivers settle into their routes.

Driver Qualifications
Valid CDL-A license required. Minimum of 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience required. Drivers should be prepared to operate safely throughout the regional running area while maintaining a professional driving record.
