We are seeking a motivated, dynamic professional to provide dedicated support to the Global Head of Capital Markets for the National Industrial & Logistics Platform in a client-facing, growth-oriented role that blends relationship management and operational support. This role sits at the intersection of client relationships, market research, marketing execution, and team operations. You will play a key role in strengthening existing client relationships, keeping the team organized and efficient, and helping position our team as a leader in the industrial real estate market. This position is based in Dallas, Texas, with an expectation of working in-office five days per week.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture relationships with institutional landlords, developers, and ownership groups
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with existing clients
- Support brokers in managing and expanding key client relationships
- Deliver polished, high-quality client experience, including greeting clients, directing inquiries, scheduling appointments, supporting national platform initiatives
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and outside brokers
- Support President, Global Head of Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets with recruiting initiatives

Administrative & Operational Support
- Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Assist President, Global Head of Industrial & Logistics Capital Markets with internal and external email communications
- Prepare, update, collate, and package reports as instructed by the team
- Prepare, and submit expense reports
- Maintain confidentiality of sales, marketing, client, and proprietary information in all communications
- Perform other administrative functions and duties as assigned

CRM, Data & Process Management
- Build, maintain, and enhance the team's database, including client and prospect records
- Track client relationships, prospects, and deal pipeline activity
- Create, maintain, and purge files and records, including real estate transaction files
- Create systems that improve organization, efficiency, and proactive outreach

Market Research & Client Deliverables
- Build and maintain pipeline reports
- Translate market data into clear, client-ready insights and presentations
- Support pitches and strategic client discussions
- Coordinate with centralized marketing, analysis, and research groups to compile financial, marketing, and client-specific property data into customized information packages
- Ensure data accuracy and usability across the team

Technology & AI Enablement
- Identify and implement tools to improve team productivity
- Leverage AI to streamline research, reporting, and marketing workflows
- Help modernize processes and increase overall team efficiency
- Serve as a resource for technology adoption and best practices
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Commercial Real Estate experience
- Real estate license or willingness to obtain one is preferred, but not required
- In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing administrative and operational policies, procedures, and general business practices
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
