CES now employs more than 7,400 people at over 1,000 branches world-wide of which there are over 500 branches across North America.  Our vision is to add 30-35 branches a year, while staying true to our Company values.    Summary   The Conductor Specialist serves as an essential resource for our customers.  The position is responsible for working closely with the fulfillment centers and customers to facilitate the growth of our wire business and the expanse of our offering and services.  The successful candidate will be technically-minded with the willingness to learn and expand their knowledge of electrical conductors and associated products.    Essential Job Functions   Acts as the subject matter expert for electrical conductors. Be able to quickly determine any issues that arise with customer orders and communicate changes needed. Track and own the communication channel between branch, customer, and internal groups.  Quotes as needed for CESO. Dedicated shipment management while working with Shipping & Logistics clerk. Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned. Reviews, identifies, and follows up on all issues and aspects of the Wire Service department. Work cross-functionally within the CES Online division. Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, coworkers, and supervisors. Ability to multi-task and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work full time or overtime, if necessary. Ability to partner with the field and branch community.   QualificationsEducation/Experience   3+ years of electrical distribution and/or electrical conductor application experience.   Competencies   Proficient in reading and/or interpreting wire specifications and orders. Understanding of the different types of value added services associated with parallel cuts, compartmentalized reels, pulling heads, etc. Professional verbal and written communication skills.
