Clean Scapes is hiring a Construction Crew Member.

• Experience and aptitude for landscape construction work
• Dependable, on time, and a person of their word 
• Proactive, dependable, and demonstrates great communication skills
• Demonstrates high integrity and honesty

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not necessary

ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute work following the direction of Foremen and Project Managers
• Proficient use of various hand tools
• Perform duties associated with commercial landscape construction
• Work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds emphasizing communication for cooperation and collaboration
• Take care of all equipment, materials, and uniforms
• Attend training classes and certifications as needed or instructed by supervisors
• Follow Clean Scapes safety policies and guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE

• No prior landscaping experience required, though construction experience is preferred; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
• Reliable transportation to the office or jobsite.
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
This role involves heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and various physical tasks in Texas weather conditions. Safety and awareness are crucial, especially when handling machinery and equipment.
