Our client, a nationally recognized leader in commercial construction, is seeking an experienced Jobsite Administrator to become the operational backbone of a major construction project.

This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and enjoys supporting project leadership while ensuring daily administrative operations run seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the Jobsite Administrator, you'll serve as the central point of coordination for the project team by:

  • Managing daily administrative operations for an active commercial construction jobsite.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and professional support to project executives, project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and visitors.
  • Maintaining project calendars, meeting schedules, contact lists, and organizational charts.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and project documentation.
  • Coordinating project meetings, recording and distributing meeting minutes, and managing logistics.
  • Processing invoices, expense reports, mail, overnight deliveries, purchase orders, and other administrative transactions.
  • Ordering office supplies, business cards, and project materials while maintaining an organized jobsite office.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, visitor access, parking, and project onboarding for new team members.
  • Establishing and maintaining organized project filing systems and document retrieval processes.
  • Supporting project technology needs by coordinating with internal IT teams when necessary.
  • Assisting with project events, special initiatives, and continuous process improvements.
  • Promoting a professional, collaborative environment while supporting the company's culture, safety standards, and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
What We're Looking For:

  • 4+ years of administrative experience, preferably supporting commercial construction, engineering, architecture, or project-based environments.
  • Previous experience supporting Project Managers, Superintendents, or Project Executives is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Experience managing confidential documents and project records.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a fast-paced project team.
  • Professional, dependable, resourceful, and customer-service oriented.
