About the RoleĀ
As aĀ Senior Designer,Ā you will play a key role in shaping and evolving brand identities, design systems, and visual ecosystems across touchpoints. This role requires exceptional art direction skills and a strong command of AI-driven content creation, particularly in shaping photographic and image-based visual systems within scalable brand platforms.Ā
YouāllĀ lead concept development, translating strategic insights into distinctive brand worlds, identity systems, and flexible visual frameworks that extend beyond campaign-driven work. You will define and articulate clear visual territories,Ā establishingĀ mood, tone, casting sensibility, composition, and narrative direction, embedding these principles into long-term brand foundations rather than one-off executions.Ā
With a strong understanding of storytelling, branding, and systems thinking, you will confidently present ideas to clients and mentor junior designers, raising theĀ bar for art direction and integrating AI-enabled content workflows into the teamās brand design process.Ā

Translate strategic narratives into distinctive, ownable visual languages that flex across digital, physical, and content environments.Ā
Establish clear visual territories through mood systems, reference frameworks, compositional principles, and narrative guidelines.Ā
Collaborate across disciplinesāincludingĀ strategy, copywriting, motion, and technologyāto build holistic brand experiences.Ā
Distinguish between campaign-driven design and long-term brand ecosystems, adapting your approach accordingly.Ā
CreateĀ multi-faceted design deliverables, fromĀ brand audits and identity systems to retail experiences and CRM campaigns.Ā
Balance multiple projects and clients, delivering compelling creative solutions on tight deadlines.Ā

Basic QualificationsĀ
- A portfolio thatĀ demonstratesĀ concept-driven brand identity work, strong art direction thinking, and the ability to build cohesive visual systems that scale across touchpoints.Ā

Preferred QualificationsĀ
6+ years of experience in an agency, design studio, or related creative field.Ā
Deep understanding of theĀ creative processābeyond justĀ campaign executionĀ and production design.Ā
Ability to work independentlyĀ while contributing meaningfully to a collaborative team environment.Ā
StrongĀ designĀ sensibility, with an ability to craft visually stunning and strategically sound work.Ā
ExpertĀ proficiencyĀ inĀ Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.Ā
Proven experience developing brand identities and design systems, not just campaign-level creative.Ā
Strong command of photographic language, visual storytelling, and contemporary content aesthetics.Ā
DemonstratedĀ proficiencyĀ with AI-powered content, prompting andĀ image generation platforms such asĀ NanoĀ Bananna, Runway, Firefly, or similar, with the ability to integrate them into scalable brand and content workflows.Ā
Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Ā
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with strategists, producers, developers, and writers.Ā
Experience inĀ motion design or 3DĀ is a plus.Ā
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
