WHO WE ARE

TBNR (The Best Never Rest) was founded by the trailblazing Content Creator, Preston Arsement (known widely as PrestonPlayz) in 2012 with his first YouTube channel and has been growing nonstop ever since! As a result, in 2023 TBNR was approved by YouTube as the first Creator-owned MCN (multi channel network). Today our MCN, ‘Fire MCN’ gets an average of 30 million views per day and includes the YouTube channels; PrestonYT, BriannaYT, PrestonPlayz, BriannaPlayz, PrestonReacts, BriannaReacts, Keeley, and Daisy and Poppy.

WHO YOU ARE

The Creative Writer Intern will support the development of scripts, storylines, and narrative concepts for TBNR’s digital content. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, understands internet culture, and wants hands-on experience writing for large-scale YouTube and social media audiences.

YOUR DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with writing and refining video scripts and outlines
Develop hooks, story arcs, and dialogue aligned with brand tone
Collaborate with producers, ideation teams, and directors
Research trends, audience behavior, and storytelling formats
Participate in creative brainstorms and feedback sessions

REQUIREMENTS

Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Familiarity with YouTube, TikTok, and short-form storytelling
Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Passion for digital media and creator culture
