Were seeking a client-focusedĀ Customer Service RepresentativeĀ to support customers within a structured, advisor-led service model. In this role, youll play a key part in guiding clients, coordinating important details, and ensuring their experience is organized, responsive, and seamless from beginning to completion.

Youll collaborate closely with assigned advisors to manage client communications, address questions, and provide timely updates related to scheduling, confirmations, and next steps. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and delivering consistent, high-quality service in a process-driven environment.

What Youll Do:

  • Provide support to customers in partnership with their assigned advisor
  • Respond promptly to inquiries with clear, accurate information
  • Assist with scheduling, confirmations, and routine follow-ups
  • Maintain organized records and ensure all client details are documented accurately
  • Help create a smooth, professional client experience at every stage
