Job DetailsJob Location: PRIORITY MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC - Dallas, TX 75219Job Shift: AnySalary $125,000-$145,000 Data Analyst /Data Engineer (Healthcare) Location: Downtown Dallas, TX (In-Office) Company: Priority Management Group About the Role Priority Management Group is seeking a Data Engineer with strong analytics capabilities to help build and scale our internal data infrastructure. This role will play a critical part in designing how our organization collects, organizes, and analyzes operational, financial, and clinical data across our healthcare facilities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building data pipelines and infrastructure, but also has the ability to analyze the data and turn it into actionable insights for leadership. You will work closely with our IT, finance, and operations teams to transform raw data from multiple systems into reliable dashboards and reports that drive better decision-making across the company. This is a full-time, in-office role located in Downtown Dallas. Key Responsibilities Data Analytics & Reporting Develop and maintain operational, financial, and clinical dashboards using Tableau and/or Power BI Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation Use Python for automation, data cleaning, and advanced analysis Build recurring reports related to: Census trends Reimbursement & payer mix Labor productivity Clinical performance metrics Revenue cycle metrics Data Engineering & Infrastructure Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and centralized datasets from multiple healthcare systems Develop processes for data ingestion, transformation, and validation Build and maintain a scalable internal data warehouse or data storage environment Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across multiple platforms Automate manual reporting and data workflows Business Collaboration Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to identify performance gaps Translate complex business questions into data-driven insights Provide analytics that support strategic and operational decision-making QualificationsRequired Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a similar role Strong SQL skills (joins, CTEs, window functions, performance optimization) Strong Python skills (pandas, automation scripts, data transformation) Experience building Tableau and/or Power BI dashboards Experience building data pipelines or structured datasets Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting metrics, and business analytics Self-starter with the ability to work independently Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with healthcare, SNF, or post-acute care datasets Experience with data warehouses or cloud storage platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake, etc.) Experience integrating data from multiple software systems or APIs Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes What We Offer Opportunity to build the data infrastructure for a growing healthcare organization Work directly with executive leadership and operations teams High visibility role with the ability to make a measurable impact Competitive salary based on experience
