Job DetailsJob Location: PRIORITY MANAGEMENT GROUP LLC - Dallas, TX 75219Job Shift: AnyAbout the Role Priority Management is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our growing IT & Data organization. This role will play a critical part in transforming operational, financial, and clinical data into actionable insights that support leadership decision‑making across our Skilled Nursing and post‑acute care facilities. You will work closely with executive leadership, operations, and finance to design dashboards, automate reporting, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of enterprise data. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain operational, financial, and clinical dashboards using Tableau and Power BI Write advanced SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance optimization Use Python to automate reporting, clean datasets, and perform advanced analysis Develop recurring reports covering: Census trends Reimbursement and payer mix Labor productivity Clinical performance metrics Revenue cycle KPIs Partner with operations, finance, and executive leadership to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across multiple systems Automate manual and time‑intensive reporting processes Translate complex business questions into clear, actionable insights QualificationsRequired Qualifications 2–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (healthcare experience preferred) Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization Strong Python experience (pandas, automation scripts, data transformation) Advanced experience with Tableau and/or Power BI Solid understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance reporting Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
