What You’ll Do

• Draft persuasive demand letters outlining liability, medical treatment, and damages
• Review and summarize complex medical records
• Build logical, evidence-based arguments supporting settlement value
• Work directly with attorneys on case strategy
• Meet weekly production goals in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to review and understand medical records
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working with catastrophic injury cases
• Willing to complete a writing sample during the interview process
