Overview

The Director of Enterprise Program Management will be responsible for designing, developing programs and processes to deliver value, enable key business initiatives and cross enterprise collaboration.  You will provide real time, ready dashboards with defined success metrics for tracking value, cross coordination, risk and prioritization requirements to ensure on time, on budget and successful delivery of agreed upon results.  Enable executive reviews with appropriate material and documents to ensure successful review, discussion and decision making.

 

 

Responsibilities

• Create frameworks and tools delivery of enterprise programs and projects to ensure value capture & initiative delivery.• Design & manage the delivery of tools and resources in coordination with project and functional teams.• Ensure clarity of measurement as well as scalable solution options to support a wide range of functional programs and projects.• Provide both executive and detail level program / project summaries including dashboards, heatmaps, incoordination with project and program managers across the enterprise.

Data Analytics and Insights• Assess, develop and create hypothesis to diagnose a range of project / program challenges.• Focus on insights to ensure on time delivery of initiatives as well as sustainable value capture to help meet business goals• Develop trends and insights on both initiative status and ability to meet agreed deliverables as well as value capture metrics.

Change Enablement• Ensure developed change management tools and processes are embedded within all tracked programs.• Provide recommendations on how projects can deliver faster results by accelerating the change impact.

Reporting and Program Management• Enable and report against a wide scale portfolio of projects and programs to deliver value or agreed upon results.• Support Program Managers to pull together summary reporting, insights and trends.• Builds and coordinates presentation materials for Executive discussions a, reviews and decision making.

Value Capture• Define value capture framework in coordination with Finance to ensure real time reporting capabilities related to enterprise programs and projects.• Provide executive level reporting and tracking on a consistent basis to build leadership and overall enterprise credibility.• Direct coordination and interaction with Finance Organization to ensure both capture, validation and audit of capture, ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in planning, managing and organizing resources within short to medium timescales • Bachelor’s and/or equivalent experience.• Ability to work at an advanced level to identify, sequence and resource project schedules for timely completions• Experience in Kanban board (workflow management), Sprint demonstrations, Sprint planning and Sprint retrospectives• Demonstrates a change mindset and ability to thrive under a faced paced environment• Ability to build structure and culture of a program-based team to define roles and responsibilities that enable achievement• Strong, demonstrated proficiency with organizational and communication skills, influence, adaptability/flexibility, and building relationships.• Ability to act independently in a variety of complex and challenging situations
