We are looking for a Divisional Ready Mix Instructor (RMI) to lead and elevate training efforts across multiple regions. This leadership role will oversee the development of Ready Mix Operators while mentoring the instructors responsible for training them. Key Responsibilities
Lead Divisional Training Programs
Develop and maintain consistent training standards for Ready Mix Operators across the division, ensuring alignment with company safety, quality, and operational expectations.
Mentor Regional Instructors
Provide leadership and support to Regional Ready Mix Instructors and plant-level trainers, helping them develop skilled, safe, and confident operators.
Support Hiring & Onboarding
Partner with recruiting, HR, and regional leadership to support interviewing, onboarding, and the training experience for new drivers.
Evaluate and Improve Training
Travel throughout the division to observe training programs, provide hands-on coaching, and ensure best practices are consistently followed.

Qualifications

Experience in leadership, training, or workforce development

Ready Mix or construction materials industry experience preferred

Current or previousCommercial Driver’s License (CDL) strongly preferred

Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

Comfortable using email, scheduling platforms, and web-based systems

Willingness to travel throughout the division
