The OpportunityAs a Workforce Consulting Senior Associate, you will focus on providing consulting services related to human resources, talent management, and organizational development. You will analyze client needs and develop strategies to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will leverage your skills to help clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and guide others through complex situations. You will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context.
In this role at PwC, you will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your work will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance. You will uphold professional standards and use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Collaborating with clients to assess change readiness and design communication plans
- Analyzing client needs to optimize workforce and enhance employee engagement
- Designing and executing training programs to facilitate cultural transformation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Managing stakeholder communications to minimize resistance and drive adoption
- Applying business analysis techniques to understand broader project objectives
- Leveraging organizational psychology to guide clients through change initiatives
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Demonstrating skills in Change Management and Communications Strategy

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
